Bloomsbury publishing: Agent Pages

In June, I was approached to design a new webpage header for Bloomsbury's publishing house website, Writers and Artists.

The brief asked for a clear depiction of someone reaching out and finding their ideal agent in an illustrative style cohesive to the company's branding. I was asked to prioritise a bold title to signpost the top of the web page and follow a colour scheme loyal to the website.

The colour scheme already evident on the site is subtle, with greys and muted blues at the forefront of the websites many illustrations. I really enjoyed playing around with these slight tonal and shade discrepancies.

My illustration was approved, favoured by Bloomsbury's team and is featured on the website as seen below.

This is an initial design I sent over to the team at Bloomsbury. The sleek arrow design was preferred over the road map.
