Rivella Swim - Design competition
Rivella Swim is a swimwear clothing brand with a brief that called for a fun and summery design. The approach I followed centres around a clean and simple logo inspired by the form of a blue starfish. I opted for an illustrative design with irregular edges and symmetry to add a touch of uniqueness and personality to the design, giving it a distinctive visual identity.
For the brand's colour palette, I decided on a monochromatic scheme, primarily using two shades of blue, contrasted against a white background, allowing the logo to stand out whilst also reflecting a sense of trust, aligning with the brand's ethos.
The packaging, portable bikini bag (which comes in every purchase), tote bag, gift card and online website stay loyal to the minimalist design with an understated style that lets the product speak for itself, emphasising the premium quality of the swimwear brand. This combination of minimalist aesthetics and organic shapes ensures the brand feels modern, yet connected to nature, allowing it to resonate with consumers who value authenticity.
